These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 11k platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any part of the service. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the 11k platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 11k. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms will be treated as your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Use of the 11k platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 21 years of age (the minimum legal age for online gaming activities in the Philippines).
- You are a resident of, or are physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted by applicable law.
- You are not on any self-exclusion list or otherwise restricted from participating in online gaming activities.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
11k reserves the right to request verification of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to users below the minimum age requirement will be immediately closed, and any funds held may be withheld pending investigation.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access the full features of 11k, you must register a member account. By creating an account, you agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
- Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
- You agree to notify 11k immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
- 11k will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
As a registered member of 11k, you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Philippine law.
- Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or defraud the platform, including through the use of automated tools, bots, or scripts.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity.
- Using funds obtained through illegal means to fund your account.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform.
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location when using the service.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with its technical systems.
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
The 11k platform processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). By making deposits or withdrawals, you agree to the following:
- All funds deposited into your 11k account must originate from legitimate sources and must belong to you personally.
- Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed within the member dashboard at time of transaction.
- Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current processing procedures. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
- 11k is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
- Any fees charged by payment processors are the responsibility of the member, unless otherwise stated.
- 11k reserves the right to conduct additional identity or fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a delay or refusal of the withdrawal.
6. Account Suspension and Closure
11k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Discovery that a member has provided false information during registration.
- Failure to meet age or identity verification requirements when requested.
- A member's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the platform's Responsible Gaming policy.
In cases of account closure due to a verified breach of these terms, 11k may withhold account balances pending investigation. Members wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting support.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11k and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to access the platform.
- Interruptions, errors, or technical failures affecting platform availability.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or account.
- Losses related to gaming activity on the platform, including but not limited to betting outcomes and casino game results.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law. Online gaming involves financial risk; 11k does not guarantee winnings or financial returns of any kind.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the 11k platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 11k or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written permission from 11k.
9. Changes to These Terms
11k may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
If you continue to use the platform after changes have been published, you will be considered to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the 11k platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
